The only reason why I haven't given it a 5 star is because the design doesn't allow for different body shapes. I'm petite and short-waisted. The wrap extends below my hip-bones, so the size I ordered (for my waist measurement) wouldn't fit over my hips without some serious contortions and discomfort. I suffered through it for 1 day. Since then, I have managed to wear it more easily (though I still have to fidget with it and overlap the ends at an angle to allow for my hips -- which doesn't give me support at the lower abdomen). A petite and/or short-waisted version would be nice.

One thing that I didn't realize when looking at the photo of the belly bandit is how wide (high) it is. It goes all the way up to my bust line, so when I sit down, it pushes up even higher which is not very comfortable. I wound up cutting about an inch off of the width. I also had ordered an XS according to the sizing chart (for a 32" waist) but I really needed to go one size up because the belly bandit has absolutely no stretch to it at all. My stomach did flatten out after only wearing it for a few days, so it does work!

I wish I would have discovered the belly bandit two pregnancies ago! I started wearing a size medium the morning after I delivered, and went down to a size small two weeks later. I had my stomache go back to "normal" so quickly, where before I still looked pregnant for weeks and weeks. I'm still wearing it to follow the recommended 6 weeks, but feel like I have already gotten my desired results.

I have noticed that I'm shrinking back pretty quick using this product. It helps remind me to flex my ab muscles instead of letting it all hangout :) The flaw is that after a couple of days of wearing it, it wrinkles up in the back instead of lying flat. So its noticeable under clothing. After washing it it's back to new again, so not a big deal.

So far I've only been wearing it a little less than a week (just had my baby almost a week ago), so I can't yet say if it really works or not, but it has helped me feel supported and I think it may even be helping with the involution contractions. I can't give it a full 5 stars yet because I'm still waiting for results (another 5 weeks to go!!)

It is difficult to close properly without the closure bunching up. I also have a difficult time keeping it in place. It slides up too far. This would be best to use with something else to control muffin top. Otherwise it is a good product. It helps control my tummy so I can fit back into my pre-pregnancy work clothes.

I have to admit I was very skeptical. But I had to give it a try. I love it so much! It is very comfortable and easy to put on. You can't really tell when I wear it underneath my clothes. I started out with a Medium size then had to buy a Small 3 weeks later. I would highly recomend this product to others.

It would have worked perfectly had the size not been wrong for me. I went by the measurements on the website and should have gotten a size larger. But when I did manage to squeeze into it for an hour or so it really did work. I would recommend this to anyone, just make sure you get the right size!

Had triplets on May 29, 2009. This is the first binder (after two other attempts) which is comfy enough to wear all day and all night. My stomach is still larger than I would like, but since purchasing this binder I have seen a significant difference in its appearance. Great product!

What can I say other than I wish I would have know about this with my first baby. This is the second time I've used it and it really works wonders. Not only does it shrink your stomach rapidly it also helps help a bit in getting through those horrible day two uterine contractions.

I found it not to be very comfortable. I think it would have been better if I had a longer torso. But, I bought it more for the purpose of back support, and found that it really helped me there. If I had the choice again, I would probably have bought the bamboo one instead.

I had my little one on June 11 and wasn't able to wear my belly bandit immediately but after 3 days I was able to put it on. And in just 2 weeks the small no longer fits me! This product works and I have recommended it to everyone I know that is expecting!! Thank you!!

This is great to have to get back in shape, however, the size small is too big after 6 weeks post-partum, so you can't use it the full 8 weeks they recommend. I bought the xs but it is way too small, so its sitting there until I can squeeze myself into it!

So far it's comfortable enough to wear all the time. The only problem I'm having is getting the velcro parts to lie flat all the way down since my waist is obviously more narrow than the lower portions that the bandit is needing to compress.

does what it says. seems to work by keeping the stomach muscles engaged. if you wear it religiously, definately can get that tummy back faster but i found my muscles got tired so i would give myself a break from it now and then.

I read so many reviews and had great expectations for the BB but I measured myself as directed, watched videos to ensure proper fit but for the 12 hours I wore it I was constantly adjusting it. It just never stayed in place.

I have not been able to try the product yet because I'm still expecting. The Belly Bandit is by far the best post-pregnancy wrap that I have bought. The feel of the materials seem durable and sturdy.

So far, so good. My only issue is that it tends to hike up so my hips don't get "sucked in". Perhaps if they made it a little longer, this would help resolve that issue. Otherwise, I'm liking it.

I think it is comforatable and it fits well. The reason for the fair rating is, it gets a huge fold or gather in the back and so I can't wear it under clothes. Hindsight I wouldn't have bought it.
