It is hard to find the right size if you are between sizes. Medium was too large and small was too small. But the product was great. Just wish I could get the right size.

I don't know if this works (still have huge belly in front) and it doesn't appear to be very different from what you get in the pharmacies BUT the fabric is MUCH better.

My waist is not that long so the product does pinch me in the ribs and if i pull it down, it will ride up when sitting. But overall, i think the product is a good idea
