Alleviates my back pain but can shift with certain movements (bending over or restroom). Adjustable to grow with you and side straps to help it conform to your body, making back pain disappear. I carry low and I feel like it can reduce babys movements in certain positions. All in all a helpful product.

great support but like all bands, can be somewhat warm in summer. Not a flaw of the band itself and i terms of comfort when sitting, this band is far superior to others!

It really alieviates back pain & helps take some weight off your hips. Great product looking forward to switching to the tummy belt after baby boy is born.
