the store is fine, the belly bandit does not meet expectations. It does not mold or shape to curves and the resulting creases are proving to be uncomfortable and at times painful.

The customer service I received when I wrote a specific email about the item not being as pictured was superior, I felt my opinion mattered and that I was being valued as a customer. I would consider shopping at Figure 8 again, but I will most definitely scrutinize the picture and the description before I purchase.
