Comment: I had to return the clothing items I purchased because they didn't fit correctly. This is a common problem purchasing clothing online. The other (non-clothing) items I purchased are as specified.

Comment: Clunky website. My order went through as a web order more than once, processing it twice. Confusing. Also, the amount of inventory changed so frequently (within a web session) that ordering became confusing too. Something I desired was sold out the next moment and available another. Also, these silly loyalty dollars are ridiculous. Find a way to hold them so that the busy customer should not have to keep track of them.

Comment: This is the only online store I have ever purchased clothing from that does not ship with a return label, and that requires return authorization. Most stores make the process much easier, as customers are unable to try on clothing before purchasing.

Comment: Figure 8 has been great. Finally a place where one can get stylish nursing tops! As a note: the last JW dress that I did get, the nursing holes are a little low and so they sometimes peek out from the covering.

Comment: I bought a nursing tank top & only one side has a secret panel for nursing. I like the top so I'll keep it, but I don't feel it was clearly stated that only one side opened

Comment: Much better quality of clothing than Motherwear, can't wait for you to get some new items. As a mother who nurses her kids for a long time it's hard to find quality, attractive nursing wear.

Comment: I appreciated that the exchanged items were sent out even before the return items were recieved. However, the postage to return items is a huge downside of ordering from a company that requires you to pay if an item doesn't fit, etc. I had to pay $8 originally for postage and the $10 more because the size did not match up. That was too much for my budget and will keep me from online shopping. My exchange item was sent in the wrong size, but I was offered paid return postage for that item.

Comment: Everything went smoothly, just didn't like the fit of the item. And I didn't like that you had two different addresses for where to send returns. Luckily I heard back promptly when I contacted you to ask which one was right, but you should still have taken the fact that you're moving into consideration, and updated your forms and website to show the correct address.
