Customer Reviews of Boob Design Air Long Organic Maternity & Nursing Dress

I am 5’2”, 140 lbs, and these are my measuresments as of a month ago: Fullest part of bust: 39 Rib cage: 32 32DD bra size (formerly 32C pregnancy) Natural waist: 32.5 Largest part of waist: 35.5 Hips: 40.5 I have two Boob Design tops and two bras in medium that fit well, but I read to size down on this dress and at different points in my life pre-pregnancy I’ve worn an XS in some brands. This fits great except for the arm holes, which are fairly tight. They would be too uncomfortable, in the summer in particular when I’m sweating more, so I’m going to take out the hem and widen the holes, then sew them back up. I also wish the blue color had been available since I have fair skin and try to avoid black, but I’ll wear it with a necklace or something closer to my face in a more flattering color. I loved this dress when I first put it on. It's lightweight and comfortable and hides my post-partum belly. It's casual but could be dressed up a bit for dinner out. BUT the nursing opening on this dress is huge. The first day I wore this I kept looking down to find my breast and belly exposed. This happened especially when I lifted my baby onto one hip and the dress pulled to one side. I keep trying to figure out if there's a way to modify this because I hate to give up on this dress, but I'm also not sure I want to be fiddling with snaps or ties or velcro when it's time to nurse. I wish it were a little more functional because it is otherwise a great piece.

LOVE this dress. Can be worn alone or with a belt and or cardigan. The pockets are amazing too! A staple in my nursing wardrobe.
