Pros: Love how snug it is. It holds in my stomach great (I have severe diastasis recti) and I look almost like I did pre-pregnancy with it on. It's super thin and fits perfectly and undetected under my clothing. It also provides some back support, which is wonderful when I'm carrying the my twins. Having it on reminds me to engage my core-- something I need to do to help repair my diastasis recti. Cons: The velcro is serious. I couldn't get it apart the first few uses. I made the mistake of putting my thumb on it while using all my strength to get the splint off, and it left lots of tiny holes in my skin. It also murders your clothing if you accidentally graze it against a shirt or pants. While strapped on, the edges of the velcro has ripped the insides of some of my shirts that I wear over it. The strips of rubber lining on the underside of the splint also gives my skin a rash. I stopped wearing it for a few days for the rash to heal, then wore the splint over an undershirt. It sti

I had my baby 6 days ago and ordered a fit splint before having him in a size M as was 10-12 pre pregnancy and my stomach muscles had split quite badly during pregnancy so knew I would need some support. I started wearing it 2 days after having my son and to begin with I couldn’t do it up properly so could only Velcro one strap but already now 4 days later I am able to attach both straps the way they should be it fits perfectly. I am able to zip up my size 10 coat for the first time today too! I think this has definitely played a part in reducing stomach size plus it’s very comforting having the tightness wrapped around and keeps me warm too! I would recommend.

I sized down by one inch and it was the right choice. Initially it fit, was comfortable to wear all day and night and hugged me snuggly. After 4 days it started to roll up in front and the back was flipping up and was really annoying. I wish the back panel was a little stiffer to keep that from happening. I discovered I could turn it upside down to counteract the folding and get it to stay flat and in place again. It has stretched some but can just reach around and hook farther back. 2 Weeks in, my belly has gotten flatter and I am gaining muscle just using the 5 exercises included with the splint. As a bonus, it helps with portion control at meal times!

Its very comfortable. I can keep it on for hours. I have notice a tremendous reduction in my tummy since wearing this splint. I was already doing the exercises but this just expedited my results after only 2 weeks. I ordered this as a last ditch effort to stop looking 6 months pregnant. I am very petite (size 4) and no stretch marks. As an amateur bodybuilder, Ive had 6-pk abs forever until my pregnancy. I can actually see my 6-pk trying to make an appearance again. With my continued healthy diet, exercise and FITSplint,I believe in about 2 more months I will be back to my post mommy body. I'm stoked!!! Thank you Mombodfitness for FITSplint!

The material is very nice and the feel of the splint is great, however, unless you have a nice flat abdomen like this model, this splint may not work the way you want it to. Where the two straps come together in the middle (where they cross over your abdomen), will likely cause some extra tissue to try and bulge out. This was uncomfortable for me and I felt that my simple binder from the chiropractor did a better job at supporting everything. I am disappointed in the product as the idea and material are excellent.

I have had to wear a splint for 3 years due to my diastasis recti caused by pregnancy. This splint works better than the Tupler splint and is much more comfortable. My only complaint is I have to buy a new one every 6 months because the Velcro wears out, and it seems overpriced for such a simple design. Otherwise, it is the best on the market so far. More research needs to be done on diastasis recti issues, as it is a debilitating problem for some women myself included.

I bought the Mombodfitness Post-Natal FITsplint after discovering that I have a large diastasis recti (abdominal muscle separation). It is recommended to wear a splint 24-hours a day to help heal the muscle tissue. I read lots of reviews saying this splint was the best on the market, and I agree! It fits comfortably, is adjustable provides excellent support.

Absolutely love this band, it's comfortable while doing what it's suppose to. I've been wearing it for about a week now and can already see and feel a difference. It's great for muscle memory as far as your abs go and it's a great reminder to hold your abs in tight to help recover from Dr.I wear it all day and night. Thanks for a wonderful product!!

This splint has been life-changing for me. Having had 3 children in under 3 years, my DR makes my stomach point out in a very weird shape. Now I can go back to wearing normal clothes again as my stomach looks flat with the splint on! It's also EXTREMELY comfortable and supportive when I do my high-intensity workouts. Wish I'd purchased 2!!

Love this! Great fit for petite women with short torsos. Doesn't ride up or roll down, and I've noticed a difference with daily wear as I recover from my C-section. Holds my tummy in and I feel that it is helping me regain my abdominal strength. Wish I had found this sooner!

I used my waist measurement from pre-pregnancy since I knew I didn't gain much weight (except for the baby). I was able to wear the FITsplint after going home from the hospital. It allows for abdominal support while still letting me feel the muscles engage.

I have a short torso, so I have had trouble with stomach binders (I've tried so many!). But this one seems perfect for me. It doesn't ride up or curl, and though it gets pretty hot wearing this, I am hoping that it will help with my diastasis recti.

This product has helped significantly reduce my post pregnancy bulge. I wear it for a few hours in the morning and in the afternoon. Then I wear it to sleep. I'm really happy with the results. Definitely recommend to other moms.

It's an overall good quality product, my only issue is that it creases and folds easily, creating a permanent crease that ends up "shortening" the product. However, I understand this can be common with these types of splints.

I have been wearing my splint for about 5 days now. My stomach looks pretty flat when I wear it. No it does not cover your entire belly but by wearing it snug and not tight, it seems to be working just fine.

For taller women it doesn't quite cover the abdomin like in the picture. It gives me a little bit of a muffin top so I wear it with loose tops or with supportive pants so as to get that full abdominal strain

Great support without being too tight, fabric is soft and comfortable. However I'm not sure how well it will wear over time as I just got it.....but for now it feels great, hope to heal my abs sooner

I've been using the fitsplint to fix my diastasis for about 2 weeks now. My youngest is almost 3 years old. My gap is already closing, and I can feel muscle where there used to just be a hole. :)

I've been happy with this product so far. It is comfortable to wear and doesn't roll up. Simply wearing it also acts as a cue for me to be aware of my core muscles when sitting or moving.

I have a feeling it's going to work as I already feel a little difference in 10 days. The item does roll every time I sit down, and the non slip material really irritates my skin.

It does stretch out fairly quickly, unfortunately, but it's comfy, maybe due to the stretch that makes it expand too much. Go down a size or two.

I am in the middle of the size Medium range. After a couple of wears, though, it seems to have stretched out and I wish I'd purchased a Small.

Stretchier than Tupperware brace, but stays in place and is much more comfortable to wear ( and wash). Glad I ordered it.

I think it does it's job very well. For the most part comfortable to wear. Does tend to roll a little though.

Fantastic. I’ve diastasys after my pregnancy and At the end of the day i’ve No pain on my back if I wear it.
