Excellent customer service. Two of the items I bought didn't fit properly. I called and spoke with a customer service representative who immediately sent me the items in my ideal size, without charging me of course, in anticipation that I will send back the ones that didn't fit. I received my replacement items in two days. Return shipping was free too. Thank you figure8!

I was pleased by the way the customer service person helped me when the bella bands I ordered were too small. But I think you should include more information about the fit of that product since it's clear I wasn't alone in this problem--that would have avoided the whole exhange process, trip to the post office, paying return postage, etc. You should warn customers that size 1 is really for teeny tiny people who are only THINKING about getting pregnant! :)

I needed a clearance item swapped for a different size, and the new one was sent to me before I was able to return to first one. Most companies would require receiving the first item before making the swap. This eased my mind that I would get the size that I needed of the sale item so that I would not end up with a nonrefundable size that didn't fit. Thanks!!!

After wearing one of the tops only once, I washed it & went to iron it (today) & it tore right down the middle of the lace insert, as I was placing it on the ironing board. I was very disappointed that it didn't last longer, especially for the prices charged for maternity clothes.
