i went by the chart to know what size to get but i feel like the size that it told me and that i purchased feels like its too loose and needs to be tighter it seems to work great just think i would like it alot more if it were tighter

Stephanie at Figure 8 was FANTASTIC!!! I asked for a recommendation about a soft nursing nightie similar to one that was out of stock. She got back to me immediately with one that wasn't even yet posted on the website. She set up an order for me with an easy link to sizing and payment. The nightie came a few days later, just in time for me to head to the hospital. After more than 65 hours of labor followed by an emergency c-section with complications, it was so comforting to put on something soft and pretty (yet practical) - especially when nurses are encouraging one to walk the halls when feeling so bad. Losing my dignity in an open backed hospital gown would have made it way worse. And thanks to Ms. Stephanie, I got a little comfort during a very rough time. Figure 8 and Stephanie are GREAT!!!

actually been meaning to email you about how happy i was with my experience but just had my 3rd baby so a little busy! in an era of horrible customer service (boy do i have stories) so it was a breath of fresh air to interact wih your company, the card and flower went a long way. so kudoos to you guys, your doing an amazing job, i wish i had found you for maternity clothes (maybe the 4th?) and i have told a few friends already about you. good luck!!!

The shopping experience was fantastic. Your site is wonderful and I appreciated the different views of the merchandise and selection of nice nursing dresses- which are hard to come by. Your customer service and attention to detail is outstanding. The garments were good quality but I immediately thought they may have been overpriced. Nonetheless, I began to sing your praises because of the how good the site was and how nicely packaged everything was. Then, however, I looked closer on the tag to one of the dresses and saw the MSRP was LESS than HALF of what I paid for the dress. I was appalled by that and it will likely cause me not to return to your site and will make me unlikely to recommend the site to anyone else.

We will double check on this, but most likely the tag is incorrect. We do not sell a single item for twice the MSRP or anywhere close to that. Almost all our products are sold below or at their suggested retail prices.

Great online shopping experience. I only wish that this product came with more instructions on how to wear it. It does ride up and fold as I move\around throughout the day. Yoga pants help to hold it in place.
