I didn't think I would receive it before Christmas but it came so fast. Thank you. The pajama bottoms were so very soft. I hope my daughter in law likes to wear them. I will know later.

I was dissatisfied with my order insofar as TWO if the items sent were different from the sizes that I actually had ordered. Because of this error, one item ended up selling out so it could not be replaced. I was compensated for the error and sent a free return label, but the hassle was not welcome, neither was missing out the sale item I had ordered. The sentiment was also "sorry for you didn't have a good shopping experience" when in reality, it should have said sorry we made a BIG mistake in sending you the wrong items. I received an e-mail (likely form) that said sorry you weren't happy with your order....um, I was happy...its just that I received items that I did NOT order. The situation was handled OKAY, though I wasn't left feeling that they had stellar customer service either.

Dress material was very soft and comfortable. I am 5'1'' so it was a bit long for me but I wore high heels to make it look good. I would definitely shop again for another outfit.

I have LOVED shopping at Figure 8 since I gave birth 13 months ago. As a working mother, it is important that I have comfortable clothes to pump in while at work, and clothes that are easy to nurse in when I arrive at home, and to wear outside of work hours. I recommend Figure 8 to every new nursing mother, and to pregnant mamas as well. I look forward to perusing the maternity section if and when a second baby is on its way.

I bought a newborn hat that was described as "reversible".... it is NOT! The brim of the hat is sewn up so you cannot turn this hat inside out. ??

emailed pics to SG and YC of hat; brim is attached and there are 2 tags which would need to be cut very close to seams to make "invisible" and rectangular vendor tag would be in direct contact with baby's skin No need to get the item back. You an do a refund right away and then send her a gc separately for 15 dollars.

I loved the item online and was shopping for a black & white dress. The dress I received was black & off-white. Although the pattern and design was nice; I had to buy another dress to wear to my family's black & white photo shoot.

This is one of the only places I can find nursing clothes that are suitable for work. It makes it so much easier to pump at work when I am wearing a nursing top or a nursing dress than if I am wearing regular clothes. I don't think I could have kept up the pumping for the whole first year if I had to take off my dress every time I pumped!

I would use this company based on customer service alone. Had a mix up with a return/exchange that was addressed immediately and my expired coupon was applied without a problem. The sweater I ordered was very nice quality too. It's a gift and can't wait to give it.
