These actual work well. I had no problems with leaking. They did not irritate my sensitive skin. I wear them when I didn't have the baby with me and if I'm only going to be nursing a couple times while out. They are stuck to your skin and I didn't want to be sitting out in public trying to readjust them. :)

Haven't had to use these yet. According to reviews in the internet they are great, although they will not hold up if you leak abundantly while nursing with the other breast.

Work well when not too engorged. Somewhat painful to keep on overnight, as they prevent any milk from leaking and relieving pressure.
