During the postpartum period, this was my go-to nursing tank. The generous amount of fabric around the middle/waist helped conceal the less than toned tummy. But this same feature causes it to not be my go-to nursing tank now that I'm three months out and have lost most of the baby weight. The extra fabric looks a bit sloppy layered under another shirt. Otherwise, great tank. I just mainly use it to sleep in now. Easy one-hand snaps & comfortable, too.
I have worn these tanks every day since I gave birth. They are comfortable, convenient, and flattering. They are long enough for my long torso which is great since most shirts are too short for me. The clasp is easy to use and can be done with one hand. They have been a total lifesaver. My one critique would be that they should come in more bright colors!
Love it--I was needing to do laundry so often to keep up with wearing these tanks that I had to order more. I wore them under hoodies in the winter right after I had my daughter, and now, in the summer, I wear them under tanks and tees. It makes nursing so easy, wherever I am. I also look noticeably slimmer when I wear the tank under other shirts!
Very comfy and length is great for me, almost covering my butt at 5'9". My only complaints is that The hooks undo themselves sometimes and the medium is a little big for my 34 B/C bust, so the support isn't quite as good as I'd like. I didn't try a small b/c the medium fit great around the mid section. Overall it's a great stylish nursing tank.
Very tight band. Difficult to get on and off. It is also a poor fit for me, as the top is loose, even with the tight band. The openings also do not line up with my breasts, even though I am well within the sizing listed for the tank. The positive point is that it is a thick fabric and in warm weather, it could probably be worn alone.
I like it quite a bit, especially the long length. My only complaint is that the elastic under the bust is pretty tight when you are trying to get it on, but that probably adds to the support once you have it on. A nice addition to the wardrobe for nursing in the summer (and I'm sure will be nice under things in fall and winter).
Finally, a shirt that DOESN'T ride up and expose my belly when I move around! I love the long tank, as I am large chested and have a long torso. This shirt actually makes it to my hips! It makes a nice smooth line under a shirt and I love it for layering because you can see the tank underneath. Love it!
My friend bought we the Glamourmom tank in black and I liked it so much I ordered this one in navy. I find it to be great for my postpartum tummy which still has a little way to shrink. The top is supportive and long enough to reach past my hips (I'm 5'3"). I wish they had more color choices.
The tank is of great quality, thick cotton blend. The built in bra is great and the top is very comfy. Something about the elastic band is slightly itchy, but that is my only small quibble. If you have a short torso, the tank will seem very long, but I have a long torso and it works for me.
The legnth is great! I purchased several others claiming to be "long" but they shrunk right up above my waistline. The only problem I have found is that I can't re-fasten with one hand because the fasteners cross and click instead of hooking and clicking like most nursing bras.
The first time I wore it was home from the hospital. I did get a size up from what I normally am to accommodate me. I felt it was a bit tight and restrictive and found it hard to remove that night. I may be more satisfied with it in the coming days as my belly goes away a bit.
A little tight over the "milk fat" still lingering but I am very happy with it being long even for tall me and who will think twice over a nursing mother's extra pounds - except herself. Also very happy not having need of a bra in the summer heat.
These are by far my favorite nursing tank. However, I bought the large (I was a 34 C before pregnancy, about 5'6 and 130 pounds) am a 36 DD nursing) and found it a little snug in the chest and in the waist. Will probably try an XL next.
I love this tank! I have five in different colors that I wear under long sleeve shirts. There is no need for a nursing bra underneath, and I don't have to show my belly to the world when I'm nursing. I would highly recommend this tank.
Bra clips are harder to open than the ones on another of this style tank that I already owned--did Glamourmom change them very recently? The medium also fits much more tightly than my other one although it's the same size.
Love long shirts and this one seems to have lots of support for both belly and breasts, I used a bravado breast feeding tank for my first , baby which was way to short and stretched out of shape around the tummy.
Only thing I don't like are the straps. I prefer the ones made like a bra with the bra straps. They run tight, so make sure to go by the size guide. If you're in between, choose the larger size!
Very nice, only wish the holes were bigger, only exposes my nipple, kinda a pain. I wish the holes were bigger. Also flattens me, doesn't have the best support, otherwise fits well and looks good.
The fabric got softer and more comfortable after each wash. The size runs small. I'm cuurently a size 6 and ordered a medium and it fits snug. The feeding holes are a bit off but manageable.
I love this shirt even more than the regular Glamourmom tank because of the extra fabric (it does an excellent job of hiding my postpartum weight). It is very easy to open the nursing snaps.
very comfortable and supportive. nursing access is discrete, and the extra fabric (that makes it a "long tank") is very much appreciated for lingering post-partum tummies!
I bought the size tank recommended for my breast size, but the tank is large everywhere else, as I'm a pretty small girl. That might be worth mentioning as far as fitting.
Fit is tight in the bust, I am a 40 DD and ordered a Large. I should have ordered an X-large. The length is great on this shirt and its nice to layer with other pieces.
garment is excellent; i like the longer length, lovely fabric and design, but i dont like the bra closure, you need two hands to work it properly, not overly practical
I really loved the long length of the tank for cover up post-partum. Having a bra in the tank that was supportive and not just one thin layer of material was nice.
