My prepregnancy waist was between 28-29 in, so I was a little concerned that perhaps I should go up a size to medium, since I was at the high end of the range provided for size small. I'm glad that I stuck with the sizing guidance provided. I got the FITsplint at 19 weeks, and I'm definitely bigger at 21 weeks even though only 1 lb heavier. I can already tell that the small is going to grow well with me. Very comfortable to wear directly against skin while running and low profile under semi-fitted fitness clothing.

Great for supporting your belly during exercise, or whenever you need a little lift. I walk on either the treadmill or an elliptical, and this splint has been perfect for supporting my belly. I have worn it a few times while cooking or washing dishes and it is nice for that too. I also plan on using the splint to help keep my diastisis recti from getting worse.

This splint is great for holding your belly in a little while you are doing floor exercises. I have some diastasis going on already with this pregnancy and it helps with support. The bands could be a little wider.

When I don't have my FIT Splint on, I am less comfortable. It's been a super hot summer and I only take it off when I'm just too hot.
