Need help with sizing: Measure the circumference of your belly at the widest point just prior to your delivery, and subtract 3-5 inches from this measurement. For those customers who measure in between sizes, our advice is to purchase the larger and the smaller size, or only buy the larger one. This is a compression garment, so eventually you will get into the smaller one.

Question: I used your sizing tip for the Belly Bandit Couture and I am due in a week. I measure at 38 inches, so if I take away the 5 inches, it puts me at a small, but my pre-pregnacy size was a zero and I measured at 24-25 inches around. I am not sure if I should get the small or the extra small because I am right in the middle. Any tips would be great. Thank You
Answer: We recommend starting with the size small belly bandit, first. This is a compression garment, so you will eventually get into the smaller one. You can buy both belly bandits now or just start with one and later purchase the other belly bandit when you are ready. We also recommend wearing it over your Ab Rehab Splint to enhance your external appearance while you treat the underlying condition of your mummy tummy with the Ab Rehab Splint. Together, you will achieve maximum results.
