The Figure 8 website is very easy to use. I was very pleased with the garmet selection and descriptions (including alternate views of each garmet) all of which was very helpful in making a purchase decision. Personal service rep contact (via email) to confirm my order and shipping was very refreshing. I needed to return an item and purchase another--the exchange process was easy and FAST. I live in Twentynine Palms CA, and there is NO shopping nearby. I survive by internet shopping, and my order arrived in 4 days. AWESOME! Now I have some cute nursing tops to wear over the holidays.

Figure 8 is great, expecially for smaller women since they carry many designs in sizes 0-2 range. That is very difficult to find in maternity clothing. Totally loved the dress I got from Figure 8.

I ordered one item from Figure 8 and another from a second company on the same day. Both were maternity items. I have never received such good customer service in all my life! I have already told multiple people about the experience. Confirmation email and phone calls the next day? It was amazing. They absolutely exceeded my expectations! I would order from them again in a heartbeat!

My overall experience was very good, the only thing I would recommend is that there be a way to tract your package for the customer & for your staff to let the customer know that once the package arrives at the post office, that you have to pay duty on it. I was surprised after paying so much money, as well as expedited shipping that I had to pay over $34.00 duty as well, otherwise I love the dress, it was perfect!
