I was very impressed with the nice touches, like the rose in my order with my name on the tag. Customer service like this is impressive and will make me a return shopper, along with the "loyalty dollars" which definitely help!

I am disappointe in the material the dress is made out of and it DOES NOT look like a $90+ dress!!! I know it is not your faul but the dress did not meet my expectations, this dress is for a formal wedding and while in the pictures it looked very nice; I am sorry to say I am now having to buy another dress to wear and spend double my money!! over all the web site is great just NOT the item!! and I think ill stop there before iu end up in tears.
