I received items that did not fit and had to print the return information off of the internet instead of it being included like most places in the box I received. Then when I printed it the return receipt it said I had 30 days from the purchase date to return the items which meant I only had a limited time remaining because I did not receive the items on the date I ordered them so I had to rush to return them so that I am allowed to do so. That process could use some improvement! Thanks again!

Fantastic ship time! Received sling within 3 days- really more like 2 days based on time of day I purchased. Item exactly how described. Would definitely purchase again from Figure 8 in the future if I have a need to get something baby related! Will recommend to friends!
