| Comment: | I recently brought a couple of the bella bands which I love but what really stood out from my experience was the customer service. The package was shipped via USPS to my workplace but was subsequently "misplaced" by the mailroom. Figure 8 was going to send another package via FedEx which we get regular deliveries from and expected no problems at no cost to me but the "misplaced" package was located in time before the 2nd shipment went out. I was very impressed w/Figure 8's response and willingness to send out another shipment even though that was eventually not needed. Thank you guys sooo much for being such a wonderful company!
