| Comment: | I purchased a maternity business suit through the website that I needed for a job interview, and was stunned by how cheap the suit looked when I took it out of the box. It is poorly cut and the material is literally see-through. It is extremely over-priced for what it is. I could've bought a similar quality suit on the sale rack at Bon Ton for $30. |

| Comment: | I really liked the website nd ended up ordering a pair of jeans and a sweater. I followed the size chart on the jeans but they were much bigger than I expected--about 4 sizes, which seemed a lot. The sweater was itchy. So I ended up sending everything back. Although everything arrived on time, and I was thrilled with the free shipping and 20% off offer, I did find the returns process less user-friendly than other websites. For example, the necessity of logging into the website, yet the inability to print a return label, was not so great. I know it's a smaller website, but I could not help comparing to Zappos, which carries some of the same brands and offers free shipping both ways, and has a much more generous return policy. |
