I am so glad I bought this FITsplint. I am at 26 weeks and only for the last 2 months have finally felt my energy levels return and nausea subside.This belt has given me the confidence to return to my running, giving me back the headspace that running provides for me. The belt is so adjustable, I was worried about sizing (picked M, as UK size 12 pre-pregnancy) but I can easily pull it tight enough to give support and there is still loads of room to grow in it too. I can tell that my centre of mass has still changed, but this belt nearly eliminates the bouncing, and has also allowed me to run for over an hour without worrying about my bladder. Long may this last! I wear it under a t-shirt, as it then needs no mid-run adjustment, and have had no issues with rubbing. It does get quite hot wearing this belt and leads to interesting sweat marks! Very easy to order from UK and shipping was no hassle. It was expensive, but worth it for the runs I've gained back.

I bought this because running at 4-5 months pregnant caused me a lot of uncomfortable bladder pressure even with an empty bladder. I really didn't want to give up running yet so I thought I'd give this a try. I've been wearing it for a few weeks now and it definitely helps, although I still have a bit of discomfort. I wear the upper strap above my belly and the lower strap under my belly, under my shirt. I haven't had any problems with it rubbing on my skin even though I have pretty sensitive skin. I tried wearing it over my shirt but I found it didn't stay in place as well. I don't think I'll be one of those moms running up until delivery day, but I definitely think having this belt will let me run further into the pregnancy, for which I'm very grateful!

I Love this. It's really hard to find a proper maternity support belt designed for sport in the UK. I ordered the FITsplint at 31 weeks pregnant with my 3rd so that I could carry on running towards the end of my pregnancy. It offers the perfect amount of support (and my bump is big, see 3rd baby :)), takes the pressure off my lower back and bladder and helps massively when running on undulating terrane. I also use it day-to-day for cleaning and tidying when I'm bending over a lot picking things up and for holding up my trousers and making my pre-pregnancy wardrobe go a little further! Shipping to the UK was easy and straight forward. Top marks all round.

I really love this belt. Had one during my first pregnancy and it helped me run up to (and on) my due date! Hoping for the same this time around, and so far so good. I love that you can adjust it really day-to-day...some days when the baby is LOW you can pull her up (!) and then some days you just need to be "held in" and it helps for that too. All around a great product. I have tried others and they are uncomfortable and really do not do the trick. This one is amazing and I will recommend it to any runner or active person who is pregnant.

My prepregnancy waist was between 28-29 in, so I was a little concerned that perhaps I should go up a size to medium, since I was at the high end of the range provided for size small. I'm glad that I stuck with the sizing guidance provided. I got the FITsplint at 19 weeks, and I'm definitely bigger at 21 weeks even though only 1 lb heavier. I can already tell that the small is going to grow well with me. Very comfortable to wear directly against skin while running and low profile under semi-fitted fitness clothing.

I wish I had this a month ago. Started using it in my 8th month and immediately my back felt better. My massage therapist also noted that I had a lot fewer hard knots in the lower back within 1 week of using it. It is easy to put on and take off, washable, and comfortable enough to wear all day. I do not wear it at night, but you could. The only thing is, it does have a small band of latex that makes it uncomfortable to wear right against the skin when you sweat. I wear it over my maternity pants or a long shirt.

I purchased this to help with pelivc pain and for more support during exercise. It definitely makes me feel more secure and I think is helping to keep pressure off of my pelvis. I use it for my daily workouts (cardio and strength) and when I walk. I had to stop running at the beginning of my third trimester as it just didn't feel good anymore. I do think it helps when I take long walks. It is easy to use. I usually wear a thin t-shirt under it as it irritates my skin when I sweat if I don't.

The first FitSplint I ordered in a small is great. It’s supportive and comfortable. As I’m getting bigger in the third trimester now, I had to size up to a medium. Unfortunately, this one’s glue on the inside has been applied in a way that has left spikey bumps which really itch and hurt my skin. I have to return it. I’m not sure why the two I have are so different. I’m going to try one more medium and see if it’s any better. If not, I’ll have to find another belt.

Absolutely superb, as a runner (who has run through pregnancy) I was looking for a comfortable and supportive belt. This is by far the best I have tried, fits comfortably against the skin and the only disappointment was that I had to wait so long for it to get back in stock and then ship from the states and get stung with a big customs charge. The wicking properties no great, I have had a bit of sweat rash, but apart from that it is worth every penny.

I've only used this product about a month but I LOVE it. It is light years ahead of other maternity belts I've used. I lift barbells and kettlebells and couldn't believe the difference. I hadn't even noticed I was less comfortable but the before/after in terms of feeling support and not "stretched" are great. Doesn't show under clothes, very comfortable on skin or first layer, doesn't slip, infinitely adjustable. VERY happy w/ FITSPLINT!

I bought this to help ease excruciating bladder pain which begins the moment I start running. Having been a long distance runner before becoming pregnant, I'm really missing it. It's not the magic solution I was hoping for unfortunately but has aided the pain a bit. I would recommend someone helping you to put it on tightly enough! I've been holding up my bump, whilst my husband wraps it tightly beneath it!

this supporter lifts up the lower belly and feels better than if I were hugging my belly myself. The design lets you tighten it easily. I find it hides under a t-shirt wonderfully. It creates a lifted belly shape. I have tried a few supporters in my day and this one is the best for me, to just lift things a little for long walks or other activity. This is my 4th baby & I’m glad to have this helpful splint!

YES! Allowed me to run a little longer into my pregnancy and although I felt too funky to run much past 22 weeks, I am now enjoying this for brisk walks and just a little extra support at the end of the day when I feel like my middle is going to split. This is my second pregnancy and I WISH I'd had this for the first. Will be buying for all my active girlfriends when they find themselves expecting!

This made a HUGE difference for me while running! I looked into several different brands/types of support belts prior to purchasing this. I was hesitant to spend $50, but I was having pretty moderate to severe round ligament and pubic symphysis pain, but wasn’t ready to stop running/exercising yet. This has been worth every penny. I am now pain free and back to running 6-7 days a week.

Great for supporting your belly during exercise, or whenever you need a little lift. I walk on either the treadmill or an elliptical, and this splint has been perfect for supporting my belly. I have worn it a few times while cooking or washing dishes and it is nice for that too. I also plan on using the splint to help keep my diastisis recti from getting worse.

I was really struggling to run at 28 weeks....I ordered this product to try and help me continue. So far so good and I'm really chuffed. I am currently 31 weeks and yes can only run max 5 miles but the feeling of still being able too is worth it. It may only give me an extra month or so but to me it's worth it. Brilliant product and has worked for me.

Great product - highly recommended by my PT for diastasis recti during pregnancy. Gives my back extra support and helps hold my tummy in. Had to return because the product runs larger than the regular (post-partum/non-maternity) FitSplint. Mine is a Large so that’s what ordered in the Maternity version but it was too big. Size down one size.

So far I am loving the fit splint, it's very easy to put on and comfortable to wear. Minor adjustments are required through a full day but they are easy to make. Very pleased with the splint so far. I feel like my waist as visible again and I feel much more supported in regular movements that with my toddler are sometimes strenuous.

Without the ReCore Fitness Maternity FITsplint, I could not have kept up with my running and hiking throughout this pregnancy. It has literally saved my fitness and sanity. The support has been tremendous, and although I've slown way down with my running, it still allows me to comfortably run when I want to. Thank you!

I love this support band!!! Has changed my active life...dealing with bladder pain when I run for the last 5 months had been horrible, this is the only product that can take the pressure off my bladder. It does make me sweat a lot more around my waist, but it's one down side I'm willing to endure to have the relief.

I wish I had bought this sooner in my pregnancy. I have been having some issues with weakness in my abs and wearing this belt has helped a lot. It is supportive and definitely helps with posture. I enjoy wearing it on long walks and my body feels much better afterwards.

Instant relief for my lower back, when worn underneath my belly. I ordered a medium, but in hindsight probably should have gone with a small as that would be easier to wrangle for postpartum use. (My pre-pregnancy sizes are 6 and 8, small and medium, depending on brand.)

I bought this for support while skiing at 27 weeks pregnant. It performed beautifully and I wasn't a bit sore after 2 days of skiing. I also use it to hold up my maternity pants if the elastic is too loose. Works great - use it almost daily!

Brilliant I’m so pleased with it. I saw Gwen Jorganson used one so I ordered it from the UK running is much better now. I’m just over 5 months pregnant and hoping this will take me through a few more months running! Thank You
