HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR PRODUCT
Hand wash in cold water. Do not bleach. Rinse thoroughly. Lay flat and allow to air dry. DO NOT twist or wring. Please note the Belly Bandit may take up to 12 hours to dry. Don’t wanna wait the 12 hours? Please check out the Belly Shield to avoid washes!
HOW TO WEAR YOUR PRODUCT
For maximum effect, the Belly Bandit® should be worn immediately postpartum for a very minimum of 6-8 weeks. The Belly Bandit® should be worn all day every day, only taking it off to shower. Please feel free to sleep in the product as well. Remember, the longer you wear the quicker the results. A job worth doing is worth doing well! HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR SIZE
Please use the below calculator. It will be your absolute best bet for correct sizing. If for some reason you cannot view it, please read on to manually size yourself! Correct sizing is essential for comfort and product effectiveness. Buying a Belly Bandit that is too large will not wear well under clothing and may affect end results. There is no exact science that fits all women, but don't fret, here are some tips... If you are purchasing a Belly Bandit early on in your pregnancy, your best bet is to go up 1 to 2 band sizes from your pre-pregnancy belly size. In the eighth month many women will be the same size as they will be post delivery. Simply measure the part of your tummy that is the biggest all the way around your abdomen, which is usually at the belly button, and choose the corresponding band for your size. Just prior to delivery simply subtract 3 to 5 inches from your belly measurement. Select the corresponding band for that size. If you purchase your Belly Bandit after you give birth, simply choose the corresponding band for belly size. The Belly Bandit is designed with five inches of adjustability to stay tight as you shrink.

This is my second pregnancy and my first time using any kind of belly wrap. What a huge difference this time! I've only been wearing it for a week and a half and am already smaller than I was over a month after my first baby was born. I am 5'2'' and am breastfeeding, so I like that this model is shorter than some of the others - if it were bigger it would probably dig into my ribs and boobs too much when I feed. It isn't the most comfortable thing to wear, but I wasn't expecting comfort and results at the same time. I am also pretty curvy, so I really like being able to adjust the waist and hip separately. It does wrinkle some after wearing it, but that doesn't seem to hinder the effectiveness. Should also mention that I was a size 4 before getting pregnant and based on the measurements was on the lower end of a medium the day after I gave birth. I ordered a small and while it was a challenge to get it on the first time, I'll need to order an x-small in the next couple of weeks

I'm already in my old pants! This is my third child, and the first time I've tried the belly bandit, or anything like it. Totally worth the money!
I started wearing the first size I bought 1.5 days after my baby was born. That lasted about 3 or 4 days, and then I went to the next size down, which has gotten me into my jeans now, and my baby is a week and a half old!
Would absolutely recommend the belly bandit!
I bought the Bamboo, and the BFF, I like the bamboo best.

Love it! This is my seventh baby, and until now I had never known about abdominal wrapping. What a difference this makes! This helps so much firming up the "mush" belly. I have used the other belly bandits with my first pregnancy so I figured I would try this one this time. It seems like it is going to be a better fit since it adjust to more of an hourglass shape.

Comfortable on my skin and makes a noticeable difference. But, it did crease pretty early. I also wish it was a little longer so I didn't have a top or bottom bulge. It is noticeable under tops.

When I got it I could hardly close it. But as it was recommended on the site in a few days it became much easier. Watch out though! If you wear it all the time you may get constipated...
