What is Card Verification Value (CVV)?
CVV is a 3 or 4 digit security code printed on your credit card. We use this code to increase the security of online
transactions.
Visa and Master Card
In Visa and Master Card, the 3-digit code is located
on the back of the card
of the card, inside the signature area. Typically the signature panel will have a series of numbers,
but only the last three digits make up the CVV code.
American Express
In an American Express Card, the CVV is a
4-digit code located on the
front of the card, printed above the card number. The code may be located on the right or on the left of
the card, but is always above the card number.
