I did not receive the confirmation email
If you have completed your transaction but you have not received your confirmation email, please follow the suggestions below:
- Occasionaly, network congestion can cause delay in delivering your email. Make sure it's been at least 30 minutes
since you completed your transaction.
- Check your Spam or Bulk mail folder to make sure that the email hasn't been wrongly directed there.
- Contact us and we will send you another confirmation email.
