i bought a toatl of 5 bras. 2 @ a store & 3 on-line. I did not realize it until after i got all of them that the black bras (1 bought on-line & the other at the store)were a lot smaller than the others even though they were all labled as 36E. I called in & spoke to someone about my situation & was told that DHL would come pick the bras up but i have not gotten a lable & don't know when they are going to be coming to get them so i can get them ready.

When I received my shipmen the packsge was not properly close and i only had half of my shipment. I sent an email to customer service about my concern and it was taken care of right away and I received my other half of my shipment in 3 days. I was impressed. I wanted to share that I was dissatisfied with the first shipment but with your speedy response I was quickly satisfied.I just wanted to send my thanks! I ordered from nursing clothes and they arrived in one day. When an item didn't fit and I needed to return it, customer service sent out the new items before they'd received my returns. That is great customer service! I'll be back and recommend Figure8 to every mom I know!

The website was very easy to navigate and I liked that I received a tracking number for my package. The only downside I experienced is that one of my bras seems to have a cup strap that is a little too loose but I do not think that is figure8's fault.
