store was fine, the dvd was the worst piece of garbage i have ever bought. it is commercials and the big secret technique to losing your mummy tummy is to hold your stomach in all day long. i find putting commercial in a dvd that i paid $25 really distasteful and tacky. this is of course not your stores problem as i chose the product. you should stop selling it or make the manufacture take out the commericals!

Great shopping experience, please work to make your prices more competitive. I find it more palatable to shop when there is a sale simply because of the cost of your products. You carry very nice items overall, take great care in packing and shipping items and make it easy for those of us in the U.S. military living abroad.

Exchanges should not have to pay for shipping on the new item. I bought 2 pair of pants, was dissatisfied with both, exchanged them for a 3rd pair which I was dissatisfied with. So in the end, I paid a bunch of shipping and ended up with nothing.
