What is your return policy?
We want you to have a positive experience shopping with us. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund, exchange it for another item, or return it for store credit. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. We are currently offering 1 free return label for each US order. You may obtain your label when you request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We regret that we are unable to offer any return labels to our international customers.
Holiday Return Extension: Orders placed between November 22nd, and Dec 24th , 2015 can be returned through Jan 31, 2016. Please contact our firstname.lastname@example.org, if you are unable to request a Return Authorization automatically from our website.
Instructions for return and exchange can be found here, but before you go there, please note our policy:
- For refund to the original mode of payment, return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the date you receive your order.
- For an exchange or return for store credit, return package must be postmarked within 60 days of the date you receive your order.
- The items you send back should be new and unworn with all original tags attached. We will refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
- Shipping costs and gift-wrap fees are non-refundable. Refund amount is net of any coupons applied on the items returned.
- Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.
